dirty bedsheets dusty room

First, the bedsheets were dirty. My partner got itchy just sitting on them while I was bathing. It looked like they had not been changed. I asked for new bedsheets, and they arrived after midnight. That's just awful. the room was full of dust everywhere. The room needs to be cleaned properly. I'm annoyed!

I liked that the staff were polite and cute. They were very helpful . The restaurant offered very good food, and the staff there were also friendly. I appreciated that the fixtures and aesthetic art were superb and elegant.

My room did not feel fresh. The bathroom needed better cleaning. The aircon did not get very cold.

clean room comfortable beds

the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff were attentive and provided good service. the location offered easy access to nearby metro stations and shopping areas

the room phone lacked power, so i had to go to the lobby for assistance. this was inconvenient, especially after a long flight.

The breakfast selection featured mainly Filipino dishes. This may not suit all international guests. I believe the breakfast needs more choice, although the selection available is acceptable considering the hotel's price.
