fantastic stay!

easy check-in essential provision amazing location

check-in was super easy! all the essentials were provided, so i didn't have to worry about a thing. the location was amazing, right in the heart of queen st w. the room was cozy and well set up!

the air conditioner in my room was a bit noisy. it would make a loud rattling sound every so often. it did wake me up a few times during the night.

the hotel's location is fantastic, placing you right in the vibrant heart of the queen west neighborhood. several attractions are within walking distance, giving you easy access to shops and restaurants. public transportation is also very accessible from here.

the room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. i had a queen room and it was equipped with air conditioning for those hot days. the room included all the basic amenities, such as towels, toiletries and a tv.

the hotel offers luggage storage. this was very convenient for me since i arrived early. there is a rooftop to relax on. there is an elevator available for your bags if needed

Clean and Convenient Stay

clean hotel easy access comfortable beddings convenient location

I appreciated that the hotel was very clean, and getting in with the app was easy. My Queen Room overlooked Beverley Street. I found the beddings quite comfortable. The location was definitely convenient for exploring the area.

The water system took some time to heat up. This was not ideal. There was some noise from other guests. Extra amenities such as shampoo were available on another floor. There was no room service though.

The Queen Room offered good space, though there was no bathtub. Amenities were available, but not directly in the room. I found the room secure, as access required passing through three locked doors.

the hotel location worked well for accessing shops and restaurants. i found a great pizza place nearby.. the room had good blackout curtains, and the ac worked well. connecting to the free wifi was simple.

i found there was no exterior window in the room. instead, there was only a window to a stairwell. the room felt a bit stuffy as a result.
