I appreciated that the hotel was very clean, and getting in with the app was easy. My Queen Room overlooked Beverley Street. I found the beddings quite comfortable. The location was definitely convenient for exploring the area.

The water system took some time to heat up. This was not ideal. There was some noise from other guests. Extra amenities such as shampoo were available on another floor. There was no room service though.

The Queen Room offered good space, though there was no bathtub. Amenities were available, but not directly in the room. I found the room secure, as access required passing through three locked doors.

the hotel location worked well for accessing shops and restaurants. i found a great pizza place nearby.. the room had good blackout curtains, and the ac worked well. connecting to the free wifi was simple.

i found there was no exterior window in the room. instead, there was only a window to a stairwell. the room felt a bit stuffy as a result.

the hotel boasts an very nice location in the heart of queen west. many sights are within walking distance, including the rogers centre and the cn tower. the streetcar line is close by, easing travel.

staff responded quickly to my questions through the chat function. they were helpful in resolving a query i had upon arrival. the hotel uses an app to handle most service requests, streamlining the experience.

the room included an iron, coffee, tea, towels, and toiletries. air conditioning kept the room cool during the summer months. there is space under the bed suitable for storing suitcases, maximizing space.
