I stayed for three nights and found the digital check-in easy. Communication was fast and helpful for any queries I had. The location was near to the metro and shops. The self-service luggage room was useful. I used the available laundry facilities to wash clothes.

The sofa bed was not as comfortable as I expected. It seemed a bit crooked.

The digital system for entering the building and the flats worked well. the customer service via whatsapp responded quickly. i found the kitchen fully equipped. That was helpful.

the amount charged for city taxes was higher than mentioned on my reservation. the shower was clogged. despite promises, nobody came to fix it . i reported it but the issue was never solved.

The apartment included a mini kitchen and a separate bedroom. I found enough space for suitcases even with a sofa bed. Great laundry facilities are available. This helped a lot .
