fantastic stay
excellent designhelpful staffnoisy street
the lobby had an excellent design and a lovely scent greeted me upon arrival. the staff was very helpful . they called a taxi for me the morning i was leaving and i had a great time at the spa too.
my room was quite warm despite it being winter and the central heating system was active. it was difficult to sleep in such heat and the noise from the street made it worse.

The room was clean. The provided bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. (I especially appreciated the slippers after a long day).
The shower had some mold. The vinyl flooring felt unpleasant underfoot. (It wasn't the best sensation).

grand entrancefriendly staffking size room
the lobby was grand and it had a lovely scent the staff were friendly too i was upgraded to a larger king size room on a lower floor away from the street this room was very comfortable the room was away from the main street so it was quiet.
the housekeeper cleaned my room after i requested that it not be cleaned for the duration of my stay

the room was clean and a decent size.
The walls of the rooms are very thin. I could hear people talking in adjacent rooms and walking in the corridor, this was annoying.
