brooke and i were charmed . the ocean view king bed room offered a fantastic ocean view. we enjoyed delicious dinners and drinks at the florida bar. the bartenders mario, jake, javeed, and ivan were patient and attentive, providing great service.
upon our after-midnight arrival, the hotel had difficulties locating our expedia reservation. this caused unnecessary stress after a delayed flight, and required i find alternative accomodations

The hotel offered direct beach access. two pools were available. I mostly used the quieter one. the staff were attentive to requests, and quickly addressed a minor issue with the room door. i appreciated this immediate help.

The location was good. The Circuit transportation around town was new, free, and convenient. I appreciated it made getting around town easy. The breakfast buffet was really good also.
My room wasn't cleaned well when I arrived. There was trash in the middle of the floor. The carpet looked dirty and I saw hair in the sink. The front desk did not pick up the phone when I tried calling from my room.
