The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and attentive, always ready to help. The room was perfectly organized, with mattresses and pillows that provided the best rest. I walked everywhere because the weather was amazing, enjoying the nice seating and garden at the hotel.

The breakfast I had was a little disappointing, though completely okay.

the staff helped me arrange a taxi quickly, it took them less than 20 seconds.

my room was not cleaned well. i found hairs in the first room i booked. they moved me to a second room, but it had the same problems. also, the heating wasn't working, disappointing.

My room was small. I guess I should have booked something larger. Walls were thin so I could hear everything next door. Not ideal for a light sleeper. Maybe earplugs are mandatory, here.

I found a really charming hotel. The room was super clean! The balcony and peaceful garden provided a great place for morning coffees. They provide complimentary coffee too.

The bed was much too hard for me. I did not like there was not 24 hour service. The room I got felt small to me.
