The bed provided great comfort. i liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful. i watched rugby at the headingley ground, a short walk away. the breakfast offered excellent value.

i noticed a dirty mini fridge in the single room i booked and it had a fusty smell. marks covered the walls. the condition was not satisfactory, it impacted the overall experience.
