the location proved convenient to headingley stadium. free parking was a benefit. i used the coffee and tea facilities in the room daily. staff was friendly and helpful at check in and during breakfast service.

the furniture looked somewhat dated. i noticed minor wear in the bathroom.

The location IS great. It's a short walk to the centre. I found the staff SO cute and friendly, always a plus. Parking on site was a HUGE bonus for me.

The decor is slightly old, BUT it didn't bother me too much.

The bed provided great comfort. i liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful. i watched rugby at the headingley ground, a short walk away. the breakfast offered excellent value.

i noticed a dirty mini fridge in the single room i booked and it had a fusty smell. marks covered the walls. the condition was not satisfactory, it impacted the overall experience.
