I loved the unique interior design. It reminded me of a cozy escape. The staff was friendly, always ready to help. The location was very convenient, close to the city center. I also appreciated the complimentary water stations throughout the hotel. A very nice touch!

during my stay, i noted that the hotel lacked room service, requiring guests to personally retrieve items from the restaurant. even something small, like a spoon, necessitated a trip from the room to the dining area. i found this inconvenient.
