Mislav was very helpful upon check-in. My two rooms included great space and were very clean for a city hotel. The pool, jacuzzi, and large gym provided quiet use of facilities. I also noticed that they treat their HHonours members with respect.
The front desk person did not seem willing to provide a lot of assistance. This was a noticeable downside. The hot tub was not working. The location wasn't ideal for exploring.

The staff was very friendly . The pool area has amazing saunas, a nice addition after a long day. The gym included everything I needed for a good training session. I found the location offered convenient access to the city center.
The restaurant prices seemed a bit high for some dishes.

the rooms were stylish. they were also clean. the hotel staff were helpful and polite. they even organized a lovely birthday platter of chocolates and sweets for my wife's birthday.
i noticed there was not a possibility of canceling it in a simple way. it happens with most hotels when one reserves. on arriving at the hotel i noticed it was really far from the center.

the spa wasn't working. it was disappointing. there was no complimentary drink or discount.

The breakfast was very tasty? the restaurant has excellent food, portions were big! croatian wine was delicious. The waiters recommended pairings. a hot baked focaccia was served with croatian olive oil.
