slow elevator limited breakfast
the location was convenient, close to where i needed to be.
The elevators were a major issue. There were not enough for the number of guests, so i waited a long time. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, i expected more options for the price.

great location refreshing pool kitchen odor empty kitchen
The location is pretty great. It is close to the metro. i especially liked that the staff kindly upgraded my room for my stay. the pool was super refreshing. but the gym has everything i needed!
The kitchen had some odors that were present in the bathrooms. i had to keep the bathroom doors closed. also, it would have been nice to have some utensils in the kitchen. It was completely empty.

my room was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. i found two separate sinks in the bathroom a plus.
I noticed only one elevator served the entire floor. I found it slightly slow during peak hours.

fresh bedding city views helpful staff
i found the beds very comfy with fresh, crisp bedding. the city views were beautiful!!! the apartment offered ample space and cleanliness. the staff members were always helpful checking if i needed anything.
The online customer support prior to my arrival was disappointing. It caused confusion regarding check-in.

room service was slow and unresponsive i requested a hairdryer and waited over 20 minutes despite multiple calls additionally house keeping did not adhere to the do not disturb sign leading to unwanted interruptions and a lack of privacy the reception staff looked indifferent and failed to address the issues adequately i found their attitude dismissive

Really good Stay with Unbeatable Location!
panoramic view fresh options easy access
The hotel upgraded our group of four to the Panoramic Suite. It offered amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and extra space. This, especially with wheelchair access needs. The breakfast included fresh options plus coffee, tea, and sweets. The hotel is very close to the metro, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Museum of the Future.
The room service was not up to par. The room service team failed to check the door tags. We stepped out at 5pm and returned at 10pm to find that no one had checked the tab on the door handle.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, just a quick walk away. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are also conveniently located, only one stop away. The Museum of the Future is within walking distance too.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices with many different possibilities. Fresh options were available, including hot coffee, tea, and sweets. I enjoyed the variety and the quality of the food greatly.
