underwhelming stay

bad coffee understaffed hotel

the hotel location are central, it was a plus.

the food wasn't great, especially breakfast was below expectations. i tried the coffe and it tasted bad. it was also quite expensive and not worth it. there were a lot of issues with the service too, it felt understaffed, and the staff seemed unprepared for a full hotel.

friendly staff early arrangement warm pool

I was charmed by the friendly staff. They remembered me. they quickly arranged my room early, something i appreciated. the lilly's restaurant visit, a great deal with happy hour, happened three times. The food and deck view were great. nadeem at the pool was very helpful with towels. the warm pool and glass elevator were nice.

The breakfast buffet offered a huge selection. I always found something i enjoyed. lilly's bar offered drinks and good food in the evenings. happy hour, from 3-8pm, made the prices much more palatable.

The hotel offers shisha in the pool area in the evening. the location is great. It's a 45-minute walk to burj khalifa and the dubai mall. the concierge arranged taxis very quickly for trips to the palm and the airport.

helpful staff central location good food convenient bus

staff were very helpful. location prove central. room size felt great, same as food variety at breakfast. generally, food tasted good at restaurant. the bus stop next the hotel was so convinient, it take you to burj khalifa or metro.

pool seem dirty. place where water end on top has black line. it do not seem it has ever been cleaned. during stay there was storm, pool was closed, even next day it stay closed.

I appreciated the hotel staff. They were very accommodating. the breakfast buffet had many options and delicious dishes. the team surprised us with a cake and a cake-shaped towel for my sister's birthday. That was a thoughtful gesture. i had a wonderful time here.
