Mixed Experience with Room Issues
sub-par room service loud air conditioning
The room service was sub-par. It lacked quality, and basic services were missing (I needed a bottle opener and it took forever). The room's temperature control was also problematic. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, and the air conditioning was quite loud, disrupting sleep. The staff seemed indifferent to my issues.

I found the location quite convenient. It was near many attractions. the staff was helpful, especially ahmed. my room was super clean and cozy. I had a restful stay.
The bathroom design lacked privacy as it was quite open. the floor in the bathroom was also slippery. There were no mats. i felt the room was smaller than i anticipated, though the view overlooking the pool was nice.

modern facilities beautiful pool helpful staff
i found modern facilities at the hotel. the pool restaurant area looked beautiful. the staff (especially ellie) was very helpful and cute .
The bathroom design felt a bit open. I wished for a bit more privacy near the toilet.

the location was convenient it was close to major attractions. the staff at the front desk were cute and helpful. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the bathroom had a noticeable odor it came from the drain. there was loud noise from the street at night soundproofing was not effective. the initial reception experience was not ideal there was a problem with our reservation.

amazing food great pool area comfortable deck chairs
I loved the breakfast restaurant! The food was amazing, and there were so many choices. The hotel also has a great pool area! Chilling and relaxing on the deck chairs was so nice.
