The hotel is also conveniently located near the Spice Souk and Gold Souk, and some guests took advantage of the free shuttle bus to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall.

charming hotel stay!

the location felt very central to main attractions. i loved that the building sits right above the gold souq metro station. the green line is easily accessible and very convenient for sightseeing. it made getting around so easy, and the cleanliness of hotel made things more enjoyable.

the bathroom ended up being too narrow. when the shower door was fully opened, it made it almost impossible to move around. the space felt a little cramped because of this bathroom layout. i wish the design was more practical.

the breakfast included diverse choices, a plus for me. there was a good balance of local and international options. i especially appreciate the fresh fruit and pastries that was available each morning. the dining area are kept neat.

The metro station access made city exploration effortless.. I greatly appreciated this convenience. The staff members were attentive and very helpful. I especially want to recognize Judith and Mahmoud for their excellent service.. they really enhanced my stay.

The room cleaning was inconsistent. I had to request it specifically, and it was not automatic. This caused some minor inconvenience .

i found the metro station very close to the place. the hotel also has direct access to both the metro and bus stations. i found that quite convenient.

my room was not ready on time when i arrived (i had to wait about an hour). the room cleaning service was quite minimal. i had to specifically request fresh towels multiple times.

the location is convenient with easy access to the metro station.

The room was quite small. there was barely any space between the bed and the table below the tv, about 50cm or so. i had to wait over 10 minutes for the valet to bring my car, annoying when i needed to leave quickly. this made it inconvenient for getting to appointments.
