the air conditioner could not be adjusted i wanted to lower it at night but couldn't the tv was small and only had one english channel without sound

the hotel staff showed great friendliness (it really made a difference). the room service, led by mr kameshwar, was particularly kind and helpful. i also appreciated mr samar and his team as they accommodated my requests throughout my stay. the room itself was very spacious.
the bathroom seat was broken.

The parking attendant was helpful. He assisted me right from parking the car to reaching the lobby. The front desk staff was also nice, especially Mr Umer. He ensured a smooth check-in process. I also found the housekeeping to be very effective, my room was super clean.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially kameshwar, the room service guy. samar and his team accommodated me throughout my stay. the room was spacious and had great lighting. i think i will be back soon. it have good value for money.
the bed it made a small squeak when i turned over, but this wasn't big problems.

the hotel location is excellent, close to green line metro stations. there are supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops nearby, so commuting around town is easy. i found it super convenient.

breakfast had warm options, so i found it interesting. there are melon, cheese, bread, and pancakes everyday. the chef cooks omelets and other things. it's was very yummy and satisfying.

the hotel provides a swimming pool and gym so there are good amenities. the pool has a supervisor, i saw him even if nobody's there. the gym is very clean and modern, i think it had everything i needed.

sarika was supportive and responded whenever i needed help, i noticed. raven ma'am is warm and always greeted me with a smile so she seems dedicated to guests. they are very professional.
