convenience store metro station product knowledge water pressure

The hotel had a convenience store right in the lobby. This made quick snack runs very simple. wafi mall was also very close, it was just a short walk across the road. the metro station was right there too. it made getting around easy and quick.

the staff seemed a bit short on product knowledge regarding discounts i should have received. also, the water pressure in the shower was notably low, it made showering less refreshing than i hoped.

breakfast buffet rooftop pool room cleanliness reception process

the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. the rooftop pool was a plus for me, i see it had lifeguards present ensuring guest safety. the hotel was near the metro station, it made getting around the city much easier.

the room i stayed in was not cleaned properly on arrival. i found some hair on the floor and stains on the carpet. during checkout, i felt that the receptionist didn't ask how my stay was, instead directly asked for review.

neat hotel clean room helpful staff rooftop terrace

The hotel was quite neat, and the rooms were clean i noticed two service staff members, nazzim and a girl at the reception. They always had smiles and seemed ready to assist i found it quite easy to commute from the hotel, too i loved the rooftop terrace.

the location offered easy access to many attractions. direct access to my room from parking was convenient. i found the staff to be particularly attentive and helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

i noticed the breakfast had a limited food variety. it would be nice to have more options.

great omelettes caring team

i want to mention chef aung and his great omelettes. shirsty greeted me warmly, and alfred was very helpful at reception. i felt the housekeeping team was quite caring and efficient.

My room wasn't as soundproof as i expected. I heard noises from the corridor.
