The hotel restaurant Giardino offered a very good service. Mohammed Khaled was attentive! I found him to be excellent.

The towels at the main pool were not acceptable. Every chair had towels that were holed and stained! The toilets were also in poor condition though the seat itself was clean.

The beautiful versace room city view had a very large bed. i saw a spacious bathroom with a full-size bathtub and a separate walk-in shower! there was a ladies dressing room, it was very convenient. the room included a large balcony. I had nice views.

the gym sun loungers were a bit tired.
