Mr. Sultan at reception greeted me warmly. His kindness made my arrival smooth. A trainee receptionist was friendly. She told my wife and me about the spa. Maisaa and Israa gave excellent service with great attention to detail.

The check-in process was longer than expected. I waited to finish the organization.

Mr. sultan at reception gave such a warm welcome! a trainee receptionist welcomed me with clear communication and spoke about the 3rd-floor spa. It was very helpful. maisaa and israa provided excellent service showing really good hospitality.
