i received a room upgrade from the hotel staff and it was a lovely surprise. the room was very comfortable and quiet ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. i really would come back soon thanks to the great experience i had.

the hotel's minibar prices seemed high i wish they had been more reasonable.

a nice stay!

warm welcome smooth check-in really good hospitality

Mr. sultan at reception gave such a warm welcome! he personally escorted me to the elevator ensuring a smooth check-in. a trainee receptionist welcomed me with clear communication and spoke about the 3rd-floor spa. It was very helpful. maisaa and israa provided excellent service showing really good hospitality.

the persistent toilet smell was a bit annoying.

The room was spacious with a very comfy bed, and climate control worked perfectly offering quick adjustments for my comfort. Plus, the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

Breakfast provided a variety of options each morning. It was AMAZING!!! the restaurant staff served with a smile and were helpful, particularly those at the outdoor concierge desk assisting with orders.

The gym is great for daily workouts. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the hotel location is central and lively offering easy access to nearby attractions and business venues which was perfect for my visit.
