Really good stay! Lovely experience

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offered a variety of options. The fruit selection was fresh. The hotel's location is superb, close to major attractions. The pool area had comfortable loungers and shaded areas, which I REALLY appreciated. The room had a rainfall shower and separate sinks, a GREAT feature. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably. The valet service was prompt, and the staff were always available. I appreciated the CONVENIENT access to nearby dining and shopping options.
The minibar prices SEEMED high.

The location is perfect, really convenient (walking distance to attractions). the housekeeping staff was really good, they kept the room super clean. i found the front desk staff quite helpful. They answered all my questions. everything worked as expected .
i experienced noise from nearby fountain maintenance , i was not notified in advance.

I dined at the Ewaan restaurant. The variety of food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh. Kadek and Bishnu provided excellent service.
The front desk staff was generally kind, but one bald staff member seemed annoyed by my questions.

misleading capacity toilet leaks
the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The room setup was problematic. It required extra beds that were difficult to secure. i found the advertised capacity misleading. additionally, the toilet had ongoing maintenance issues and leaked .
