a stay with some issues

strange smelldirty carpet
I was a bit disappointed. the hallways had a strange smell. It was hard to breathe sometimes. also, the carpet in my room was very dirty. the white parts looked grey. i think it is necessary to remove the carpets or replace them. upon check-out, the staff didn't ask how my stay was. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

The breakfast buffet was awesome and offered a great variety. the location is very convenient for transportation, especially to downtown. a taxi ride to the mall only cost about $8 and took about 10 minutes! a supermarket is also right across the street if you need anything. It was so handy.
The air conditioning was a bit too loud. It made it slightly difficult to sleep soundly.

This hotel has very helpful concierge. Obaid and his team was very good at their job. The travel desk next to check in was helpful and Sami provided good advise and guidance.
My room have a dusty smell and feel dusty. A member of the staff told me just to keep the air conditioning running. Some furniture looked old and dated, with worn carpet.
