i booked a room expecting a bathtub because that was what i wanted after a stressful week but the room i got didn't have one. the reception staff didn't seem to understand my frustration and didn't offer a solution unless i paid extra for an upgrade that was annoying.

the hotel is very lovely i found the location great especially because it wasn't too busy i got a complimentary upgrade i was celebrating my wedding anniversary i was so grateful for the excellent attention to detail from the team it really transformed the experience

i was quite disappointed there was no bathtub in the room i had booked a room with a bathtub i was looking forward to a long soak after a stressful week the refurbishment altered this

The breakfast buffet had multiple choices and fresh options. The pool was beautiful and well kept. Marc at the pool area remembered our names and preferences. Yasmine accommodated my knee injury, changing my room to be close to the pool. I really appreciated this.
