the staff was very professional and super friendly. i enjoyed the conversations with them.

the hotel rooms seem overbooked. my family was put into a villa with poor connections to the hotel and poor bedrooms. i wanted a different experience.

amazing pools outdoor eating

The hotel has amazing pools. Restaurants and outdoor eating are also fantastic. I found the unfussy service helpful. Everything was well laid out. The hotel facilities seemed superb.

My room was a little too dark. I found it not worth the value at all.

breakfast selection morning flight confusing maze dark room

i enjoyed the huge breakfast selection. there were so many options! the hotel is also close to the airport and that was super convenient for my early morning flight.

the maze to get to my room was confusing. also, the room was too dark i had trouble reading.

i have stayed at this place for years. the room ac did not seem effective, not going below 20 degrees celsius. we ordered burgers, but they were not very good to be honest (i did expect better).

The adult pool was relaxing. It provided amazing views across the creek. There were high quality restaurant choices available, though the main restaurant was busy.

The distance to my room was long, so walking was necessary!

serene escape turkish coffee clean facilities

the hotel provided a serene escape with amazing pools. ohsyl borromeo from reception, cinnamon. she accommodated my request for turkish coffee adding to my dining experience the facilities were clean and the room service staff were always friendly.

the air conditioning in the room was not very effective it was set to not go below 20 degrees celsius. the burgers i ordered were not very good to be honest

the room was very spacious it featured its own private lawn area. the lawn overlooked the water with views of boats and lovely sunsets the room was also quiet and had excellent hot water pressure.

the breakfast options were enormous and delicious. i dined at the thai kitchen restaurant one evening. i also enjoyed a perfect lazy lunch at noepe the food quality was excellent every dish exceeded my expectations.
