superb stay with excellent location
diverse options friendly staff excellent knowledge
the hotel location allowed easy access to the intersec 2024 conference. the breakfast featured many diverse options, a very welcome addition. the staff demonstrated excellent knowledge , and friendliness was also evident.
the room temperature was difficult to control and felt too cold

helpful staff quick check-in reliable air conditioning
The staff at the front desk was genuinely helpful and quick during check-in. My room had reliable air conditioning, important. The fitness center had several cardio machines, specifically three treadmills and two elliptical trainers, this helped maintain my routine .

unhelpful staff poor breakfast
the location was convenient enough.
The housekeeping team entered my wardrobe. I did not appreciate this. the breakfast selection was not good, and some food was cold. the staff were not helpful at breakfast. I had to serve myself tea and coffee.

spacious suite breakfast spread friendly staff unpleasant smell old hotel bad water
staying in the two bedroom suite 2 king was awesome! the suite was super spacious, it gave us tons of room. the breakfast spread included a lot of yummy options for everyone. all staff was friendly and they helped to. the gym area was also great it was a big, well-equipped space, perfect for working out.
the hotel felt a bit old and the maintenance wasnt great, there was this weird smell that they tried to cover up with air fresheners. the curtains in the room and the sofa bed felt bad, it was really disappointing for a hotel with the name. also, the water wasnt good. i noticed black stuff coming through the taps a few times.
