the staff were very friendly and ready to assist.
The room was not properly cleaned. I found parts of a broken bottle on the floor. i even stepped on a piece of glass. this should have been obvious during cleaning between guests.

My stay wasn't exactly smooth sailing. the absence of hot water in the shower proved rather irritating. It was lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was lacking. also, i discovered there were no breakfast discounts available, a perk i remember from previous visits. it seems policies change without notice..

i found the rooftop pool very relaxing, a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring. the sports bar had a great atmosphere, a fantastic place to catch up on the latest games. the rooms were very quiet , ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. these aspects.
the towels in the room felt quite old , lacking the softness i anticipated.
