the staff were so friendly, always ready to help. the breakfast was gorgeous too. there were so many fresh options to pick from. i chose General Admission King Balcony Accessible Room.

nothing special here. advertisement is far from reality. don't trust picture. pool is small and full of chemicals. you can feel it in your hands. near to road, you can hear the sounds of the cars. no nice view. burj khalifa is covered by another building.

The free valet parking was helpful. The staff was polite and accommodating (I really appreciated their help with directions). The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. The swimming pool area was very nice.

The building work outside the hotel created noise. It was hard to relax outside because of this noise.

i enjoyed the free valet parking. the personnel at the hotel seemed super polite and helpful. the location its great and the rooms we booked are big. the room had a balcony with canal view, amazing.

i felt the ongoing building work was not ideal. sitting outside and enjoying a drink was impossible due to the noise. it impacted my relaxation.

the hotel has a heated swimming pool, its great for a refreshing dip any time of the day. there are also three good restaurants directly in the hotel, so it's easy to find something to eat. the lobby is beautiful with multilingual staff.

My room was upgraded by the receptionist. The hotel has beautiful designs and lovely features. Other staff members around the hotel were very cute and friendly (I really enjoyed talking with everyone).

The concierge service provided poor recommendations. He did not seem very knowledgeable about the area. It was hard to find him at his desk.
