The proximity to the metro station was amazing. The view was Beautiful. The room cleaning people were so kind and friendly especially Analiza and ariful.

There are only few barely suitable cafes nearby. The receptionist could hardly understand what i was saying. I received an egg instead of fries.

The staff seemed attentive and ready to assist with any request. Check-in was smooth, and the reception area was clean and organized. Concierge services helped with local directions, very helpful.

My Beautiful Suite offered ample space and featured modern amenities. The bathroom included a separate shower and bathtub. A large window provided ample natural light, which i liked a lot.

the location had great access to the metro. i was on the 34th floor and got views of the museum of the future and burj khalifa. the bed in the room was very comfortable (i slept great!).

i did have a slight issue with room cleaning, as it seemed ad hoc. twice i had to call housekeeping to get my room serviced.

thet from reception gave us a very nice new room. mr ahmed and ms. nardjes helped us during checkout, this was useful. i really appreciated the warm hospitality from all the staff members. mr nagendra's support stood out to me.

the room was hot with no proper air conditioning. there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room.
