the location was conveniently near the dubai mall. breakfast offered a HUGE selection, mostly western cuisine. upon arrival, i received dubai chocolates as a welcome gift along with a handwritten new year greeting.
i AM a regular customer to rove hotels but this was my worst stay ever. despite putting up the "do not disturb" sign on my door , i was woken up twice by staff knocking, frustrating since i was trying to sleep. additionally, the air conditioning system was poorly designed. i couldn't control the temperature to a comfortable level, leaving the room either too cold or too warm. this lack of attention to guest privacy and comfort really soured my stay. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

I found the complimentary shuttle service to dubai mall very convenient. the hotel provides a practical way to reach the popular shopping destination. i appreciated this transportation, as it simplified my travel plans. the staff was responsive. They addressed my questions with care.
the corridors had an odd smell, i didn't quite like it.

the hotel has a functional gym, equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a nice pool area, including twenty loungers, so space is not a problem at all.

the restaurant offered a breakfast buffet. there was a varied selection of food, both local and international. the prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast offered a good spread. A convenience store located within the hotel was helpful. I found this especially useful for quick purchases. The location is good with a short drive to The Dubai Mall.

The hotel is well-located near many shops and restaurants. The free shuttle to the mall was handy. Alvis at reception was VERY helpful. Breakfast had a decent spread and tasted good.
The service fell short when issues arose. The staff struggled to locate our valid reservation. I found the air conditioning system poorly designed. I could not control the temperature to a comfortable level.
