The air conditioning was a real problem. I couldn't adjust it at all. It blasted freezing cold air, regardless of the temperature I set. The breakfast, supposed to last until 11 AM, wasn't kept stocked.. Items ran out by 9 AM and staff didn't bother to refill them, including juices. It was annoying.

I really loved the heritage design. It felt so unique! the souq setting was amazing, with easy access to local markets. having an inbuilt fridge in the room was super convenient. the buggy service to the rooftop pool and gym at the hilton canopy was quick!

I noticed a few bird droppings around the outdoor areas. That's a minor thing.

Breakfast in sabaa restaurant was excellent. It had a very wide range of dishes. Its flavors delighted me. i visited the nearby sister hotel and enjoyed the restaurant with a perfect view. the hotel's restaurant offered delicious meals with varied options.

My king heritage room souq view was spacious and beautifully decorated! the bed was very comfortable, i slept like a baby. the shower and washroom had great fixtures and included brass fittings. This added a great touch.

I had access to a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, and spa facilities via a short buggy ride! the pool area had amazing views. I could watch the sunset. the gym featured modern equipment that had a lot of options.

the location was really perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant souq. it was super easy to get to al seef and deira. a short boat ride got me to the gold and spice souks! though the parking was expensive.

I was initially excited, but some things disappointed me. the air conditioning was stuck on freezing cold. I couldn't adjust it at all. breakfast also felt subpar. Many items were empty and not refilled even though it wasn't that late in the morning. juices were empty too. it was a letdown.

the staff was very attentive and helpful. the location in the al seef district was convenient. i enjoyed easy access to the creek and the souks. the room was very clean with functional amenities.

the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. this made it a little difficult to see well for makeup application.
