excellent experience, minor hiccup

the staff provided attentive service and always greeted me with a smile. my room was spacious and well kept, with a comfortable bed. the pool area was great, it had ample seating. i appreciated the variety of food options available at the on-site restaurants.
Though it didn't significantly impact my stay.

the hotel has convenient access to major attractions by taxi. it is not close to the metro! though taxis offer an affordable transport solution. i found getting around relatively easy.

the staff members were polite and helpful, they tried their best to accommodate requests. i experienced prompt responses to inquiries. the valet parking service added a layer of convenience, it made arrival and departure seamless.

The breakfast buffet featured a good selection of international options. i found multiple restaurants on the first floor. the half board option allows flexibility. It is usable in the hotel restaurants or select city locations.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
small gympoolside shade
The gym was small. It became overcrowded EASILY. My view overlooked the motorway. This was not picturesque. Some poolside loungers lacked shade. Noise from other guests disrupted my sleep on the last night. It took security too long to resolve. This affected my overall impression.

the staff at breakfast were very kind. reception staff were helpful too. i found a nice pool there.
the air conditioning wasn't very cold. the refrigerator's cooling is poor.. beverages barely get down to room temperature. i would expect more from a hotel of this level.

Decent Stay with Some Issues
small gympoolside shade
The gym was SMALL and became easily overcrowded. Some poolside loungers lacked shade. We had a terrible night's sleep due to noisy neighbors. Security took a while to resolve the issue. This REALLY let us down.

the breakfast was delicious and it had varied options. the room was cleaned to perfection daily. the shuttle services were frequent, taking us to destinations.

the ROOM was not clean. I saw urine stains in the toilet. There were stains in the bathtub as WELL.
