i was very happy with the cleanliness in our family room. mofizur from housekeeping made sure we had clean towels regularly. faisal at the entrance greeted us on our first day, he made sure our luggage arrived quickly.
the room felt a bit dated, maybe a little updating will help.

The staff was very nice, always ready to help! Check-in was quick and simple. I really liked that my room had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, it was a good experience, overall!
The lighting near the wash basin was not ideal, it could have been better.

The hotel food was amazing. There were lots of choices, and the food tasted fresh! The variety was really great. Everyone in my family found something they liked. It's a very good choice.

The hotel has an amazing spot. It's super easy to get to different places! This made going around very convenient, the nearby transport links are a big plus, also it's so exciting.

The hotel includes a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a swimming pool. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section for people to relax.

Our Family Room F&B had a separate living area and a king-sized bed. The daily cleaning was amazing. Our room was always fresh and clean! I was so impressed by their work.
