my room have a great view from a high floor. free water bottles were available daily in my room. the staff were super friendly and always smiling at breakfast and dinner. the hotel offer shuttle service to key location, this was useful to me.

the lighting in the room its very dim at night. i noticed stain on the carpet close to the bed, and this isnt pleasant.

the rooftop pool had a beautiful view. reception and housekeeping were friendly i appreciate janet she make sure we had water and juice from the free mini bar in the room. the location was perfect and it have excellent views of the museum too.

the staff was supportive and helpful. alessandra from the reception was generous. bassma collaborated well and was like a friend. the room service was perfect for someone wanting to stay in.

i found that the emergency night light flashed often. it disturbed my sleep. the power outlet at the desk did not work. the shower in the middle of the room seemed strange to me.
