I found everything very clean! The location is near the mall. The reception people were very kind! Placida at the reception was helpful. I enjoyed having a supermarket inside the hotel open 24/7.

The music near the pool goes on all night. Opening the window leads to a club atmosphere in the room. It is loud and annoying at night

the room included a large television with news channels. i appreciated the fresh water provided upon request. the hotel had a good location near restaurants and shops.

convenient location luggage storage essential shop small room unclean sheets hostel bathroom

the location worked well for my visit to the burj khalifa. i easily walked to the dubai mall, and i noticed many transport options available. the free luggage storage lockers were big enough for my suitcase, which i appreciated. the shop on site sold all the essentials i needed.

my room was quite small. the sheets did not seem clean, i was disappointed. the bathroom reminded me of a hostel bathroom, it wasn't great.

small gym limited channels

I wasnt too happy with a couple things. the gym is quite small. It only have a few treadmills. the selection of tv channels felt limited. There wasnt many options for english speakers and i was expecting more variety. it was a let down.

the location allowed me to walk to the dubai mall. this accessibility met my needs

The room was quite small and this was not ideal. the help desk staff seemed to aim to inflate prices. I found this practice unacceptable and disappointing. i believe transparency and honesty are essential in customer service
