The gym featured multiple machines. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I greatly appreciated this. my housekeeper, madhu, kept everything super clean with smooth sheets.

The balcony door was locked. I could not access it. i reported this issue, but it remained unresolved .

the hotel has multiple restaurants available. i saw a cashmere shop. there is a boat dock nearby. it is a short taxi ride to several destinations, like the gold souk and the airport.

The staff were cordial. They seemed very attentive. i observed several employees assisting guests with directions and information. the check-in and check-out process was seamless, and i received early check-in.

i found the breakfast to be excellent. muskaan, neha, akash, and man were always smiling and courteous there daily. chef sheikh mohammad cooked really good egg omelettes each morning. blessing gave me a creek view room on the 9th floor at check-in.

the gym's changing room cleanliness was questionable.

The breakfast service with Subhayan and Anisha was great. They were very helpful. Mohammed at the reception was helpful to me. I liked the hotel ambience and its overall facilities.

The rooms lacked slippers. I also had issues with the security guard on the ground floor. He was not helpful when I asked him something.

I found some issues . the minibar was empty when i arrived. it was really inconvenient. the tables to order food were not working properly too. This made ordering quite difficult. it reminded me of the hotel was missing some attention to detail
