The room assigned was not completely satisfactory. i found a persistent musty smell (it was quite noticeable upon entry). also, the noise insulation was poor. I could clearly hear conversations and activity from neighboring rooms.

Sal provided excellent service and attentiveness. I appreciate his professionalism. We booked the ballroom for our event, and the staff provided great assistance (everything went smoothly!). The location is convenient, close to the airport and a metro station.

The highway noise was noticeable by the pool. It made sunbathing less relaxing. I could smell fumes occasionally. I wish there was better sound insulation.

My room faced the highway. The noise was unfortunately constant. The traffic was VERY loud on the balcony (i hardly used the balcony because of the noise). The fumes added to the discomfort.

Amazing Hotel Experience!

This hotel got everything right. The room is controlled by just some button presses. The breakfasts had very fresh, tasty food. We went to the Japanese and Italian restaurants, both are worth visiting. The staff arranged parasols all around my sun bed, so nice!

I had to sort out the billing, and visit reception again. Hazel in Reception was amazing though.
