I enjoyed the central location next to the Museum of the Future. Access to the metro was quick. The staff were always friendly and provided prompt service. The bed was comfortable.

During breakfast, the dining area felt a bit crowded. Securing a table took a little longer than expected. This sometimes caused a delay at the start of the day. More space would GREATLY improve the breakfast experience.

The pillows were like slices of bread. the bathroom felt small and cramped. the fridge made a noisy humming sound that kept me awake at night. also, the air conditioning system didn't seem to respond to adjustments. It just did its own thing.

The hotel is close to the metro station, a GREAT advantage. Shuttle buses go to the beach and a major mall, very helpful. I asked for a higher floor and they gave it to me. I even received a cake for my birthday!!!

The pool was a little small considering the hotel's size.
