the staff were helpful to any requests i made i found this really grateful. the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach and to the metro line. the waiters worked hard to.

the taxi i asked for to the airport didn't arrive the evening before i needed it. i had to wait on the street a long time for a taxi. i also noticed some noise from the busy street outside it was audible even through closed windows.

the staff was very cute. they even called my room. they wanted to ensure i had everything i needed. room facilities.

the rooms appear different from what's displayed online. it is definitely a 3/5. the window isolation is poor, so i could hear outside noise.

I found a few issues . The air conditioning was not effective. The room became uncomfortably warm. the pillows provided upon request were flat. They seemed old and worn. These problems detracted from an otherwise adequate experience.

Fantastic Family Stay!

The staff were very helpful. The room had all the necessary things, and I even found an iron! the premises were very clean with a normal design. I really had a great time.

The room key card kept getting deactivated. I had to go to the front desk to have it fixed. It was a little inconvenient. I think they should improve this.

There are at least three supermarkets within walking distance. I found that they had practically everything that I needed! There are also many restaurants nearby. I could walk to Sharaf DG metro in about 15 minutes.

The reception, room cleaning service, waiters, and the driver who took us to the beach were kind to guests. The luggage handling staff were very good. Bhavan was especially helpful! Everybody there was nice. The cleaners cleaned everything perfectly.
