slow check-in expensive taxis

The location proved convenient, close to the DWTC.

Check-in was SO slow after a tiring flight it got me angry. The taxis arranged by the hotel were terrible AND expensive.

I experienced prompt service at the concierge desk I received helpful directions to local attractions. The breakfast buffet featured a wide assortment of fresh fruits I also enjoyed made-to-order omelets. The room had a well-stocked mini-bar with various beverages.

The elevators sometimes had a slight delay during peak hours.

spacious setup clean room relaxed feel

the room setup was really good and very spacious. the room was very clean (i appreciate that). i appreciated the relaxed, high-end feel.

the genori cafe was a bonus but i found it slightly noisy.
