Housekeeping missed some details. There were no medium-sized towels in the bathroom upon arrival. I reported it to reception and it was eventually corrected. The bedside phone was not working either and I informed them about it. I did not request that it be fixed. Main breakfast area was crowded. Staff suggested an alternative venue though it did not meet my expectations. It seems there are some minor maintenance and service consistency issues that need attention.

during my check-in process there was a longer wait time than anticipated this created a small delay before i could settle into my room i think speeding up the check in would enhance the arrival experience. the bathroom mirror needs to be polished more.

the breakfast buffet offered so many choices, it was AMAZING!!! the staff at the club lounge were super friendly. cherry, ali, and calvin were always ready to help and did a fantastic job. i found the food quality high and it was all presented well.

i noticed some white dotted stickers stuck to the windows. this made it hard to enjoy the view i had booked the room for.
