The lobby was open and inviting. the upgraded room provided excellent views. lucy found me a perfect private office space right off the lobby. I was grateful. i really enjoyed the gym. It was excellent!!!

the club lounge service on the 26th floor was stellar!!! diani and shatra greeted me with warm smiles. calvin showed endless patience with my complicated breakfast orders. ali was always attentive.

the room was quiet, very clean, and well appointed. it included a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. the air conditioning system worked efficiently and maintained a consistent temperature.

the direct mall access was a real plus (especially during the hotter hours). the gym has good equipment and it was always clean. the breakfast had a very wide range of food options.

missing towels phone malfunction
Housekeeping missed some details. There were no medium-sized towels in the bathroom upon arrival. I reported it to reception and it was eventually corrected. The bedside phone was not working either and I informed them about it. I did not request that it be fixed. Main breakfast area was crowded. Staff suggested an alternative venue though it did not meet my expectations. It seems there are some minor maintenance and service consistency issues that need attention.

really good stay with thoughtful touches
generous amenity birthday cake attentive detail
the room i had was very tidy and clean.
during my check-in process there was a longer wait time than anticipated this created a small delay before i could settle into my room i think speeding up the check in would enhance the arrival experience. the bathroom mirror needs to be polished more.

the hotel connects directly to a mall through a walkway this provides convenient access to retail and dining options there are many stores inside and many restaurants.

the gym includes a selection of modern fitness equipment there are treadmills stationary bikes and weight machines available the pool has a glass walls that allow to see what is outside.

housekeeping ensured my room was well maintained daily one staff member made my room beautiful each day this attention to detail was consistent and appreciated.

dirty table bad tea
the location close to the airport was acceptable.
the club lounge breakfast on sunday was a mess. i spotted an unclaimed table and had to clear it myself. the tea tasted like dishwater.

amazing hotel experience!
breakfast buffet friendly staff
the breakfast buffet offered so many choices, it was AMAZING!!! the staff at the club lounge were super friendly. cherry, ali, and calvin were always ready to help and did a fantastic job. i found the food quality high and it was all presented well.
i noticed some white dotted stickers stuck to the windows. this made it hard to enjoy the view i had booked the room for.
