excellent hospitality friendly staff nice experience

The location offers convenient access to nearby attractions. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The assistant manager at the restaurant Duomo gave us excellent hospitality. She. The restaurant ambiance was fantastic.

I encountered slight delays with baggage assistance after checkout.

modern equipment attentive staff seamless process

i found the location superb. the gym features modern equipment and a good selection of weights. the pool area is well maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed having breakfast at duomo, where the service was perfect and the food of high quality. the housekeeping team maintained a very high standard of cleanliness. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the room design was stylish and functional, great for a comfortable stay. i appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. the front desk staff was efficient during check-in and check-out. requests were promptly handled and delivered. i took advantage of the concierge services to arrange transportation and excursions. the process was seamless and well-organized.

i experienced a minor delay in receiving extra towels, requiring a follow-up call.
