The location is central. i could easily walk to nearby restaurants. the free shuttle to a popular shopping center is a definite bonus. It saved me time. the staff, especially siddi and alam, were attentive.

the furniture seemed a bit old. i could tell it had seen some use. i noticed some wind coming in from the windows. the walls might be thin, because i could hear noise from other rooms.

the staff were very kind. when we checked in, the receptionist was super friendly and cute (it was a lovely first impression!). he upgraded our room, so we had a suite with a fantastic view. the room was so nice that we did not want to leave.

the level of hygiene and cleanliness was not optimal. i complained about the beds having a terrible odor, made the entire room smell unpleasant. despite my complaints, no immediate solution was provided. also, there were no trash bags in the bins, unhygienic.

The check-in process was very smooth. the staff gave me a complimentary upgrade, i had a great fountain view. i really appreciate this guest service. The view was amazing. the breakfast had a wide selection. the staff provided excellent service

The furniture looked very old. the bathroom seemed dirty. The towels were not clean either. the shuttle bus only dropped off at a mall. it did not pick up from the mall. that was inconvenient.

the location is great! i could easily walk to the burj khalifa and the nearby supermarket was very convenient. the staff was cute, especially vishnu and akbar, it was appreciable. the room was clean and i had a clear view of the burj khalifa, it was fantastic!

The location was superb. It was close to the mall and various shops. Accessing taxis was simple, and there were many restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with so many choices for food and drinks.

The furniture seemed quite dated! The room safe was locked by the previous guest, and I waited 90 minutes for assistance. It was disappointing.

The hotel's location is superb. It is a few minutes walk to the burj khalifa. There is a starbucks in the lobby. I received a room with a balcony facing the dancing fountains. The facilities were good and the staff were friendly.
