I really appreciated the super clean rooms. the mini-market was quite convenient. i enjoyed the outdoor pool area. It looked refreshing after a long day. the fitness center had equipment for a decent workout.

the restaurant food variety for breakfast was limited. i expected more hot meal selections.

The hotel has a gym with several cardio machines. i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. the pool area features about twenty loungers. there is also a shaded area by the pool. It was a nice touch.

the hallways had a slightly stale odor. it wasn't overpowering, but noticeable!

I enjoyed the hotel location near the trade center. The staff are responsive and attentive. I felt very welcomed. The public spaces are good, and the 24h shop inside is AMAZING for late-night snacks.

I asked many times for a water bottle. They sent it after 2-3 hours, and just ONE bottle.

The staff at check-in were amazing, and. Feras especially did a great job. the room was cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, a big plus. i liked the decorations throughout the hotel. having a supermarket on site was convenient for picking up essentials.

the bathroom only included a toothbrush, i would have preferred more toiletries without needing to ask.
