the gym had good equipment and i use it every day. i liked the pool and access to the beach. concierge anoop was very helpful making us feel comfortable. breakfast had amazing options i liked it too much.
i think the location is distant from the main attractions.

The pool beach was enormous and very nice. nearby, there are supermarkets and a few restaurants. This is great if you want affordable lunch or are too tired to explore in the evening. rooms are modern and well equipped. the view from the room was fantastic. i would definitely come back to this place.
The hotel location is a bit difficult. It is not in the city center. value does not completely match the service. the room size is a bit tight.

the staff greets you warmly, and the house keeping response time is very quick. the waiters are always available (which is great!), and everyone is willing to assist you. the concierge was hospitable.

the lagoon was beautiful. i spent most of my time there. the lifeguards were friendly and kept an eye on everyone to keep them safe. breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was really good too..
the checkin counter had only one person. the queue was long. it took me over 30 minutes to get to the counter. the staff seemed slow and unprofessional indeed.
