unripe fruit dirty sunbeds
The immediate access to the Dubai Mall via a tunnel proved helpful. I could get to various attractions without needing a car.
The sunbeds around the pool were pretty gross. I noticed they were covered in bird droppings. Breakfast also disappointed. The fruit was unripe, and my eggs, despite my specific request, came out completely different from what I asked for

Excellent Stay
helpful staff complimentary breakfast convenient location
The check-in staff were helpful especially since our early morning arrival left us tired. I was welcomed with complimentary breakfast a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is convenient near the mall and fountain. I appreciated the swimming pool suitable for toddlers that featured a slide.
The air conditioning in my room did not function properly causing discomfort. An engineer attempted a repair however the temperature remained at 22°c. The room also had noticeable dust. I found this upkeep unsatisfactory.

The room had comfortable bedding and cleanliness was well maintained. I noticed a bathtub inside the bathroom that was suitable for relaxation. The room had a good view of the surroundings.

Breakfast was excellent with happy staff ready to serve. The reception staff offered useful assistance always. Ali and Enrico exceeded my expectations ensuring satisfaction. Their help.

The staff offered professional, attentive service. the rooms were elegant, spacious, and meticulously cleaned daily. direct access to the mall added immense convenience. I appreciated it greatly!!!
