shower odor old bed
the breakfast buffet included many options, that was acceptable.
the shower in my room emitted a strong, unpleasant odor. The bed felt quite old and dented, offering little support and hindering a restful sleep. I ALSO found the rooftop bar to be overpriced, especially given the quality and value offered.

UNDERWHELMED and SOMEWHAT disappointed
noise levels garage entrance
the staff was friendly and helpful, which i did appreciate.
the noise from the nightclub downstairs kept ME awake until late. i could hear the music clearly on my floor and it was VERY difficult to sleep. the entrance through the underground garage felt strange for a hotel.

shower mold couch stain
the room felt spacious and it was something i appreciated.
i found some minor issues present. the shower had mold and it leaked water into the toilet area. there was also a stain on the couch, something i really didn't like.

the staff service was acceptable.
the shower water smelled bad. i could smell a bad smell from the bathtub, the water wasn't clean. the water in the bathroom smelled like sulfur.

smooth check-in complimentary upgrade well kept room convenient location
i experienced a wonderfully smooth check-in. i was very happy to receive a complimentary upgrade. the room was clean, and everything felt well-kept. THE location proved really convenient for ALL my planned activities.
i noticed only a very slight musty odor near the elevator on the fifth floor.

the restaurant staff were very polite. They maintained a clam and cute atmosphere throughout my meals. i found the waiter sony rajak particularly attentive. chef mahesh offered helpful service and very nice food.
