private balcony breakfast buffet
The room was very spacious and clean, it included a private balcony. We loved the location. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes.
the elevators were sometimes a bit slow.

great location helpful staff nearby restaurants
the location is great. walking to the mall took only five minutes. the staff was helpful with directions. i found many restaurants nearby.
the elevator was a bit slow SOMETIMES.

the pool AREA has ten loungers and four parasols. i saw the gym offers three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there are also restrooms located near the pool.

housekeeping visited daily and restocked amenities. the front desk staff answered questions quickly. i observed that room service was available 24 HOURS a day and delivered promptly.

convenient location helpful washing machine
I found the location convenient to reach the mall (it was just a short walk). the room included a washing machine. This was helpful for laundry .

convenient location thorough cleaning prompt service small pool crowded elevators worn condition
the location was wonderful! i could easily walk to many shops. farid and sameer cleaned everything so well. the service was prompt (it felt very attentive).
the pool was smaller than expected. i found the elevators often crowded. the room showed some wear (especially in the bathroom).

broken shower head dirty floors
the location is convenient, just a short walk to the mall.
The room had several issues i found disappointing. the balcony lights did not work, and the shower head was broken. the cleaners did not clean well. The floors still had dust and hair after they were done. there was even a bug frozen in the ice tray in the fridge, and i hadn't used it since arrival.
