beautiful event helpful staff friendly staff noisy room slow room service poor location
the new year event was beautiful and the vibes were amazing. the staff was very helpful and friendly.. especially hala, jameel and kamala. i found the team's support to be very accommodating and quick.
the room they put me in was horrible. it was very noisy and it was right above some restaurant pool. it was also waaaaay far from the elevators.. the room service felt very slow.

The service was great. Mayar and Shah were cute, I was definitely recommending it. Rages in the pool area offered new towels without my asking, which I liked! He kept an eye on the kids near the pool.
The phone in the room did not work! I left my bag with the bell desk and when I came back to collect it, it was left open. Unattended
