The room cleaning service were VERY good. Ramu kept our room in A great shape every day. Ebram at the lobby helped me with currency exchange. Dhara on the M floor ALWAYS greeted us with A smile at breakfast.

The hotel decor was dark. The furniture seems dated. A musty smell lingers in the hotel. It really sticks on your clothes.

a hotel, a love story

convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff easy walk

the location placed us near everything. i walked to the financial center metro station easily. the grocery stores nearby were a blessing for late night cravings. the room had a comfortable bed and desk, so i enjoyed it very much. the staff helped hail cabs and give directions.

i wanted a quieter room but the hotel was fully booked. i understood the situation but desired more tranquility.

the rooftop pool shined. it looked clean and well maintained. i did not swim but the setting seemed perfect for relaxation, with a good atmosphere overall and plenty of space for everyone.

Fantastic city stay!

The staff was very friendly. I liked my room. It had a modern bathroom plus a great view. breakfast had a great service with much choice. I used the gym as well. It had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes.

The rooftop pool was closed for maintenance .

poor soundproofing faulty kettle

the location was acceptable, near several metro stations.

My room faced the main road, it was very noisy due to poor soundproofing. the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed. This made sleeping uncomfortable. the kettle was also faulty. I could not make hot beverages.
