the location was good near the metro station i found a supermarket close by too i appreciated the smart tv in the room it gave access to online entertainment. the rooms were spacious i didn't feel cramped at all.
the balcony was locked i could not access it this was disappointing there were not enough hangers in the apartment i needed more for my clothes.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the metro station. this made traveling around the city simple. the room was large. It reminded me of a small suite. the location was central with several shops nearby.
the gym was quite small, limiting the workout options.

The location was excellent (close to everything). I appreciated the complimentary taxi from the airport and its short 15-minute ride. The staff checked me in quickly and gave me a thorough briefing. My spacious room was super clean, and the cleaning staff refreshed it daily.
The balcony door in my room was stuck, so i could not open it for fresh air, a little disappointing.

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Rohan and Sirajur. They promptly addressed all my questions and concerns. I found the staff to be disciplined and well-trained, handling all requests efficiently and with courtesy.

The breakfast had several options, including tasty fruit. I especially enjoyed the fresh juices (they were awesome!). The dining area was clean and well kept, and the staff ensured a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
