a decent hotel experience
great view modern room awesome breakfast sewage smell old bathroom unhelpful staff
the room had a great view. it was modern and spacious. the breakfast was also fantastic. i also enjoyed the location near the festival mall. it was a short walk.
when i arrived, nobody welcomed me. the staff did not open the door for me. there was a sewage smell as i walked to my room. the bathroom was also not great. it looked old.

waterfront view prompt room service varied breakfast old equipment limited restaurant closed walkway
the room had a magnificent view of the waterfront. it was very clean and the room service was prompt. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and the food was AMAZING!!!
the gym equipment felt quite old. there were limited options for half-board guests in terms of restaurants. the walkway to the neighboring hotel was closed, requiring an outdoor walk.

The room was a Standard King Room. The breakfast had good variety (especially the fruit selection).
The elevators were sometimes busy. I also found that some areas of the hallway had a musty odor.

The location was good! the breakfast had lots of choices.
the PARKING was expensive, THOUGH. I expected complimentary parking as a guest, but I had to pay each time I used it. this added an unexpected cost to my stay

wonderful hotel experience
bright rooms daily cleaning
the rooms were bright and cleaned daily. the staff met my expectations , delivering excellent service throughout my stay. abdul in reception provided special assistance , and the check-in lady was very efficient.
