The breakfast offered a decent selection of items.

The room I received, a Sky Classic Room, had some cleanliness issues. The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned upon my arrival (it looked like the previous guest left it messy), and I found a stain on one of the towels. These details detracted from an otherwise adequate experience.

The breakfast was good and it had enough options. I found that acceptable.

The noise isolation really stunk. I heard traffic all night long, and it was a problem. The pillows were really bad and not supportive, and I was not sleep well. I do not expect this in any hotel.

the front desk was very helpful. i especially appreciated how quickly they addressed a small issue with the safe, fixing it within minutes, the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean each day. it was definitely sky beautiful room.

the hotel decor has such a positive vibe! i loved that the staff were so kind. the whole hotel had a nice smell. my suite was spacious and beautiful. i appreciated the nice amenities!

the hotel arrival area gets very crowded, requiring gps navigation.
