the room was spacious and clean. housekeeping was great. they were always very helpful.

misleading photos paid activity
the staff were helpful and friendly, this was acceptable.
I found the photos online misleading. The advertised kids' club and indoor activities were not actually located within the hotel premises. these facilities were in a separate mall building, requiring payment for each activity, including the kids' club. also, the billiards that i expected were nowhere to be found within the hotel itself.

an adequate stay overall
friendly staff convenient location misleading photos missing waterslide
the staff were friendly. the location proved convenient for getting around. i enjoyed the pools facilities. the lifeguards were attentive to the kids.
the site photos are misleading. it said they had a kids club and indoor activities, but it was not accurate. they don't have waterslides anymore. these were removed.

spacious accommodation perfect housekeeping
the apartment was spacious with wonderful views. daily housekeeping was perfect. i had access to the hotel and enjoyed all the facilities.
air-conditioning do not work well to cool the rooms.

Spacious and Helpful Apartment Stay
helpful staff spacious apartment
The apartment provided ample space for our group. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Naseem at the reception desk. I found the little supermarket in reception very handy. I greatly appreciated the service I received from the polite staff and the prompt room service.
I noticed a lack of carpets in the guest room, despite it being a five-star hotel. There were also no mobile charge pins available and no balcony either. I found the corridor was not clean.

The hotel provided convenient access to the pool and bar facilities. I enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. It added a festive touch. There is a supermarket in reception for everyday needs, so guests can buy necessary items.

The hotel offers a wide choice of restaurants with varied cuisines. I paid about half the price. The breakfast selection featured diverse options. I was happy with the choice.

The apartment was huge. It had all the facilities a guest would require, like a kitchen and a laundry room. They have an indoor pool. The hotel lobby looked nice.
The apartment seemed dated. It probably needs a little modernisation (i heard they are starting a refurb next year). The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Also the furniture felt old.

the rooms are spacious with amenities. it has a pool and gym. i could use the restaurant. the apartment features clean rooms and a kitchen. the staff are courteous. taxis are available at the front.
